Section 21 - Welcome to HeirHunter UK

Section 21

When serving a section 21 notice, a landlord must ensure they have proof that the notice has been served. Instructing HeirHunter UK can be time and cost effective, should the tenant deny that they were served by their landlord direct.

A landlord can end an assured shorthold tenancy by serving a valid section 21 notice in writing on a tenant.

To prevent the tenant having a defence to the proceedings i.e. the notice not being served correctly and therefore being deemed as invalid and/or the tenant not acknowledging service all together, landlords can instruct HeirHunter UK to execute this service on their behalf.

We conduct this service based on a fixed fee, covering the North East and North Yorkshire, providing proof of service and photographic evidence, in the event that this notice escalates to Court.
